San Piero, Isola Elba, Livorno, Italy - A classic specimen from the pegmatite areas of San Piero.This specimen has an open cavity with a some large orthoclase crystals up to almopst 3 cm on the edge. All around there are quartz crystals and a number of terminated schorl crystals to the size of 0.5 cm. The specimen is very representative of the pockets that can be found in the pegmatites areas of San Piero ! overall size is 13x9.5x5.5 cm.

San Piero, Isola Elba, Livorno, Italy - A very rich specimen ! The whole surface of the specimen is entirely covered by hundreds of elbaite crystals ! The color is light brown/amber. Lot of clusters and lot of terminated crystals ! Their size is up to 1-1.3 cm. Overall size is 9.5x8x6.5 cm.

Bacino mine, Rio Marina, Isola Elba, Livorno, Italy - Large hematite crystalline specimen ! The whole rock is made by hematite crystals up to 1.5-2 cm on the edge ! There are some damaged crystals along the edges of the specimen. Overall size is 11x10x5.5 cm. Weight is 1.1 kg

San Piero, Isola Elba, Livorno, Italy - Super bright, gemmy beryl shows on this specimen ! The beryl is 0.9x0.8x0.7 cm in size and is perfectly located close to quartz and orthoclase crystals.  Close to the beryl there are a number of yellow/green elbaites of 0.5 cm in size. Overall size is 5x3.5x2.5 cm.

Fonte del Prete, San Piero, Isola Elba, Livorno, Italy - A very rare finding from an hystorical locality. There is a quite large apatite crystal for this locality. The apatite is 0.6 cm wide ! It shows fluorescence under UV. It is located close to a couple of terminated quartz crystals. Overall size is 5x5x3.5 cm.

Campo Francia, Malenco Valley, Sondrio, Italy - Bright green andradite var demantoid crystals from this well famous italian locality ! The specimen hosts half a dozen crystals ! The main largest andradite is 1 cm wide and shows greatly on the white asbestos ! there are other crystals nicely located among the white fibers of the asbestos. A great spacimen, not easily found available ! overall size is 6x4.5x4 cm. Weight is 120 gr.
