Baia Sprie Mine, Baia Sprie, Romania - A sulphide covered matrix with abundant chalcopyrite sphalerite and galena has a pair of black wolframite crystals on top, with two generations of calcite covering. The main crystal is 1.2 cm in size. Woframite was found along with scheelite in the late 1990s - this is quite typical of the habit. The crystals are not that well terminated. Overall size is 5.5x3x2 cm.

Forcioni dike, Sant Ilario, Isola Elba, Livorno, Italy - A spectacular specimen from one of the best elbaite findings of the early 90ies. This specimen hosts a perfectly terminated and undamaged multicolor elbaite 1.7 cm in size. The colors are spectacular ! there is an other multicolor elbaite of 1.6 cm on the left ! and a couple of smaller ones are inside the small cavity where the main crystal is located. Lot of other minerals such as lepidolite, ortoclase and albite. A great showy specimen of 7x5.5x5 cm in size

ZOGNO MINE, VAL BREMBANA, BERGAMO, ITALY - This mine is very famous for the well shaped violet fluorite cubes that produced in the past. Now the mine is closed. This specimen is from an old collection. The specimen hosts violet fluorite cube of fluorite of 1 cm on the edge and has etching on one corner on the back. The fluorite sits on a carpet of tint waterclear quartz crystals. Overall size is 9x5.5x3.5 cm. Weight is 200 gr.

POLLONE MINE, LUCCA, ITALY - A classic from this famous Italian mine. The specimen is composed by crystalline quartx matrix with a well exposed terminated lightly smoky quartz crystal up to 2.7 cm in size. There are some other smaller quartzes with some sulfides coating on some faces. There is also a well defined and terminated white baryte crystal of 1.5 cm in size. Overall size is 6.5x5x4 cm. Weight is 95 gr.

Monte Arsiccio Mine, Sant'Anna di Stazzema, Stazzema, Lucca Province, Tuscany, Italy - The new finding from this abandoned mine close to Apuane Alps, Tuscany. This is an uncommonn salt that usually shows in small crystals. From this mine large crystals, often grouped in clusters have been found. This specimen shows Coquimbite crystals forming coverage up to 2.5 cm wide ! crystals are up to 1-1.2 cm in size. There is also a great abunfance of romoerite crystals red in color forming large clusters of crystals up to 3 cm wide and with crystals up to 1.5 cm in size ! The coquimbite 7x5.5x4.5 cm. Weight is 120 gr.
