San Piero, Isola Elba, Livorno, Italy - An old specimen, collected at the beginning of 1900, probably from Grotta d'Oggi area. It hosts a couple of perfectly terminated light blue beryls , growing as parallel twins, one is 1.5 and the other 0.6 cm in size. No damage. There are several orthoclases and quartz crystals all around. Very nice display of this old specimen of 6x5.5x3.5 cm. It comes with the old label.

San Piero, Isola Elba, Livorno, Italy - Well shaped hexagonal beryl of 0.5 cm in size sits on a quartz crystal ! The beryl is var goshenite. The specimen has also various partial elbaites. Overall size is 5x3.5x3.5 cm.
